It wasn’t until I started ignoring their bills entirely, then sent a nasty email in response to their collection attempt, that I finally got some resolution. Even now my account is still “open” but they have placed limits on what can be done with it. I have to sit on the phone with someone in order to truly “close” my account. Based on the history I’m not convinced even this will do it.

Don’t model your business’ customer service after this. Not entirely sure how they’ve made it this far…
